Modulus systems are used by the majority of Danish unions’ unemployment insurance funds. The system has proven to be very useful as it significantly reduces processing time and streamlines the union’s internal process.
Modulus is without a doubt an effective tool for unemployment insurance funds. However, most of the time, the system is rarely used at its full capacity. Therefore, unions want to take the next step and connect (integrate) Modulus with the organisation’s remaining systems.
For BUPL we developed an integration with Modulus DMS. In other words, we connected BUPL’s Modulus with their online membership platform, allowing members to fill out forms directly from the site. The integration also allowed HTML24 to create a beautiful custom-built design for Modulus, which follows BUPL’s visual identity.
In order to complete some forms, it is mandatory that users are verified through NemID. To help protect the users from unnecessary and excessive NemID usage, we developed a solution in collaboration with NetCompany. A single sign-in solution, with NemID integration between the website and NetCompany’s login system.
The user flow now looks like this: The first time the user logs into the system, he must be verified with NemID. In the future, the user will never again have to use NemID, but just log in with his desired username and password.
It has become much easier for members to fill out and find forms. All the forms will be collected in one place with a single sign-in, thus members will have to log in just once.
